As I have announced before, today’s post is going to be about my editing process and the stuff that I do to improve my photos and match them to my feed. Short disclaimer, I am by no means a professional and I mainly use my phone because a) all those programs like photoshop are quite expensive and b) I have no idea how to use them. So this is what I personally do from start to finish. I will to explain everything as best as I can, but just remember at the end of the day you have to find your own style and what makes your photos unique. There is definitely not just one way to go. Anyway, enough rambling and let’s get started.
Fall has finally took over the place of the last bit of summer we had left. Summer wasn’t really being summer anyway lately, consisting of warm temperatures and a lot of rain. So I am quite glad to finally cozy up in my knits and coats and – yes, you guessed it – stock up on some fall and colder weather appropriate clothes. I already found the perfect pair of black leather boots from Zara which you can see me styling here and a super warm yet fashionable puffer jacket that I am probably going to feature in one of my upcoming posts. Since the day of this shoot was quite sunny and warm, I was able to get away with wearing this pastel yellow tee and those cat eye shades that I have been obsessed with recently and remind me of the 90’s even though I am not really sure, if that was really a 90’s thing.
I have never considered myself a sporty or athletic person until it sort of just happened. I was never really the kid to be all active, playing sports, running around and stuff. More like the reading, drawing, “please don’t make me catch things because I probably wont’t” type of girl. And I have always hated running, which is something that hasn’t changed at all. The only time you’ll see me run is probably for my life or out of money. But what has miraculously changed is that I actually found a sport that I enjoy. I have been kickboxing for about 5 years now and I still train at least 2 times a week. Whenever I tell this someone I am still astonished by how fast time flies and the fact that my lazy ass managed to pull through. Even though I sometimes have to force myself to get ready and leave my bed, I am always disappointed when for some reason I can’t make it to practice. Which just goes to show that everyone can find joy in exercise, you just actually have to give it a chance and find your thing.
